Saratov Oblast Governor Dmitry Ayatskov takes part in the news conference summoned to announce the Territories Union (uniting administrations of some regions of Russia) position in regard to the government plans of the atomic energy development. The news conference was held in the RIA-Novosti news agency headquarters.
