Russian presidential representative in the North West Federal District, St.Petersburg governor candidate Valentina Matviyenko takes part in the news conference summoned to discuss the results of the first round of the governor election. Mrs Matviyenko won the first round winning 63,16% of the vote cast. The news conference was held in the St.Petersburg Mining Institute.
