Russian Education Minister Vladimir Filippov (left) runs the so-called 'parents meeting', summoned to discuss pressing issues in the national education system. The meeting was attended by representatives of schoolchildren parents associations, and heads of some of the leading Russian higher education institutions - president of the High School of Economics Yevgeny Yasin (centre) and president of the Russian Art Academy Nikolay Petrov (right).

Russian Education MInister Vladimir Filippov takes part in the All-Russia 'Parents Meeting' - special seminar held for the education officials and the schollchildren parents' association. The event took place in the Education Ministry headquarters.
