Director general of the Russian Railway Ministry upmarket service centre Victor Velichko takes part in a meeting of the Foreign Ministry foreign trade and international economy consulting panel. The meeting was summoned to discuss Russo-Belorussian bilateral co-operation within the framework of the two-countries' integration plans.
