The State Duma Committee on security deputy head Sergey Yushenkov speaks at the evening in memory of the State Duma deputy and co-chairman of the "Liberal Russia" party Vladimir Golovlev. Golovlev has been shot on August, 21 near home in the Pyatnitskoe highway. He was hurted twice in the head and died of injuries. Evening in his memory was held in the "Rossia" hotel.
