Chukotka Autonomous District Governor Roman Abramovich, left, and YUKOS oil company CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky, right, attend the news conference devoted to announce of YUKOS and Sibneft oil companies merger. The joint company - YUKOS-Sibneft will be headed by Mikhail Khdorkovsky of YUKOS, whereas Yevgeny Shvidler of Sibneft is to take up the post of the directors board chairman. The news conference was held in the Ararat Hyatt Park Hotel.
