Three metro carriages were derailed in the tunnel between stations 'Slavyansky bulvar' and 'Park Pobedy' of Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line of Moscow underground, Carriages were derailed because of voltage decrease on the contact rail. City emergency service is working at the place of the accident.
