Feminist march dedicated to the International Women's Day. The key demand of the marchers is ratification by Ukraine of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence signed by Ukraine in Istanbul in 2011. A column of more than a thousand people marched through the city center, chanting "Women's rights is human rights." It was led by "witches" in purple suits and brooms.
