Former commander of the Russian Navy auxiliary fleet, Rear Admiral Yury Klichugin is interviewed in the Moscow District Military Court during hearings of his case. Admiral Klichugin is charged with abuse of power which resulted in criminal neglect of the national interset in the deal of selling the Russian Navy ship 'Anadyr' abroad.
