State Duma Deputy Boris Berezovsky leaves the Russian parliament. Boris Berezovsky quit parliament as he had announced he would and pledged to proceed with efforts to organize opposition to President Vladimir Putin's reform plans. Berezovsky was restrained in his farewell address to the State Duma and expressed regret for failing to meet the expectations of the voters who elected him last December in the Karachayevo-Cherkessia region.
