Valentin Pavlov, Prime Minister of the USSR and member of the State Emergency Committee (SEC) in 1991, speaks during the meeting of the SEC members held in the editor's office of the "Patriot" newspaper. The self-proclaimed State Emergency Committee tried to depose the-then USSR President M.Gorbatchev in August 1991.
