Verdict was pronounced in The Lenin District Court of Rostov-on-Don for the owner of Doninvest and Zapadny banks Alexander Grigoryev, Chairman of the Board of Doninvest bank Alla Kalitvanskaya and her deputy Svetlana Gulenkova, as well as for the Vice President of Doninvest bank Denis Volchkov and co-owner of Doninvest bank Oksana Ermakova, accused of creating and participating in a criminal organization, fraud and embezzlement (Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, Article 159 of the Criminal Code and Article 160 of the Criminal Code).
